Returns

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in the same condition as upon receipt and in the original packaging.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount within 14 days in the same manner as the original payment. The return costs are € 3.00 per order, except for production errors and transport damages.

Register a Return

You can register a return via our service email address: service@tornadesign.com.

You will then receive the return instructions and your return label.

Report Damage

We pack our products with great care, but unfortunately, something may go wrong during transport. If your product has arrived damaged, we would like to receive a report including a picture within 48 hours. Send an email with a photo of the damage and the order number of your purchase to service@tornadesign.com.

My package is too large to return myself

If your package is too large to return on your own, you can indicate this by sending an email to service@tornadesign.com. We will then contact you by email to schedule an appointment to pick up the package from your home.
